Buckinghamshire Council have made public their map that shows which sites will be considered for approval for development in the new Local Plan. Access to the map, local greenbelt assessments and details of how to feed back your comments can be found at Buckinghamshire Council - Progress so far.
The Council will publish the draft Local Plan this summer for further public consultation. Residents, landowners, infrastructure providers and other partners who would like to provide input in this part of the plan-making process can participate in the council’s site survey before 11.59pm on 16 March 2026.
